We have a range of 12” and 15” teddy bears wearing handmade clothes and accessories for sale. The handmade clothes may also be purchased separately for the fashion conscious discerning teddy bear in your life.

Please remember that all of our handmade clothes and accessories are designed for the 12" or 15" teddy bears that we sell on our website. However, our handmade clothes and accessories will fit other 12" or 15" teddy bears.

MAKING A PURCHASE

 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection/s, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

eGift Cards

eGift cards must be redeemed on the www.lamodepourlesours.co.uk website and put towards the purchase of products listed on our online site. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the customer to receive the voucher in their inbox. E-gift Cards cannot be used to pay for another E-gift Card. E-gift Cards can only be redeemed on online. E-gift Cards are non-refundable. E-gift Cards have an expiration date, they are valid for one year from the date of issue. E-gift Cards have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable or assignable. If the order exceeds the amount of the E-gift Card, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. Normal www.lamodepourlesours.co.uk terms and conditions apply. La Mode Pour Les Ours is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission E-gift Cards. All the information you supply is strictly confidential. It will only be used by La Mode Pour Les Ours, to make a delivery or to improve our service to you.

eGift Cards Terms of Use

• You cannot purchase an eGift Card with another eGift Card

• If the amount of your eGift Card(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit or debit card

• If the amount of your eGift Card(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored on your eGift Card for your next purchase using the same Gift Certificate code.

• If you have any additional questions, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website

• eGift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash

• We cannot replace lost or stolen eGift Cards.

 

Personalised products

 

We offer personalised products for sale on our website. When placing an order for personalised products, please review your personalisation information carefully, checking spelling and names before submitting your order.

 

Please note that our policy regarding cancelling or returning your order does not apply to personalised products unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. We also reserve the right to refuse personalised orders at our discretion (In the case of inappropriate use of this service, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded).

 

By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

 

Payments are made via credit or debit card or PayPal. Instructions are given on what to do in the checkout process.

 

We send all UK orders by First Class Royal Mail Signed For®. Postage is calculated as you go through checkout. We ship all orders within 5 to 7 working days of order being received. Multiple orders to the same address may be packed and posted together.

 

Please note that our postage prices are calculated for orders of up to a maximum of 4 teddy bears. If you would like to order more than 4 teddy bears, please contact us. All orders of more than 4 teddy bears that are processed without prior agreement with us, will be cancelled and monies refunded.

If your order is urgent please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your requirements but these will need to be expressly agreed with us prior to placing your order.

 

We reserve the right to cancel the order if we no longer have the item/s in stock or the advertised price is incorrect. We will always credit the money back.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

If you wish to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible. All Postage & Packing and handling charges will NOT be refunded.

 

If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange return for inspection, replacement/refund, within 7 days.

 

If damaged in transit, please also contact us, within 7 working days of receipt.

 

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing via post or email cancelling the order within 7 working days of receipt. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED IN WRITING. Items must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging. Please ensure your order number is on all correspondence as we will not refund without it. Goods returned for reasons other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of postage & packaging and handling.

Orders cancelled after 7 working days of receipt will be refunded less cost of postage & packaging and handling and 25 per cent restocking charge, once returned.

Proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

 

Once worn, played with, incomplete or misused we will NOT refund or replace teddy bears, clothes, shoes or accessories.
