POSTAGE, PACKAGING & HANDLING

 

We send all UK orders by First Class Royal Mail Signed For®. Postage is calculated as you go through checkout. 

 

Please note that our postage prices are calculated for orders of up to a maximum of 4 teddy bears. If you would like to order more than 4 teddy bears, please contact us. All orders of more than 4 teddy bears that are processed without prior agreement with us, will be cancelled and monies refunded.

 

We ship all orders within 5 to 7 working days of order being received. Multiple orders to the same address may be packed and posted together.

 

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your requirements, but these will need to be expressly agreed with us prior to placing your order. 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 

All UK orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail Signed For® and take 1 to 3 working days once posted. We ship orders within 5 to 7 working days after ordering.

First Class Royal Mail Signed For® will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that First Class Royal Mail Signed For® only insures to the value of £50, and the post office will only reimburse for losses up to this amount.

 

If there is no one to sign for the delivery the postman will leave a card and the order will be taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually holds items for a week and then they return them to us, if this happens, we will get in touch with you to discuss arranging redelivery costs. Packages cannot be left unattended. 

 

All Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days.

 

Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.

 

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by Royal Mail, extremely bad weather, Royal Mail strikes, Airport staff strikes, Terrorist attacks / Prevention or war.
