If you wish to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible. All Postage & Packing and handling charges will NOT be refunded.

If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange return for inspection, replacement/refund, within 7 days.

If damaged in transit, please also contact us, within 7 days.

 

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing via post or email cancelling the order within 7 working days of receipt. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED IN WRITING. Items must be returned to us in original condition and packaging. Please ensure your order number is on all correspondence as we will not refund without it. Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of Postage & Packing and handling.

Orders cancelled after 7 working days of receipt will be refunded less cost of postage & Packing and handling and 25percent restocking charge, once returned.
